One of the most common and important therapeutic tools used by physicians is prescription. The use of digital systems in the health field has many benefits and significant impacts on the health system. One of these systems is digital prescription. In this article, First, we will review the existing infrastructure and work done in this area, and then with a new perspective on health issues, we will provide a new infrastructure.Instead of introduction and use of a product or a system or statistical work , we aim to reviewe fundamental issues in the field of health system and present a strategic plan in the field of medicine from the perspective of experts of medical informatics and IT specialists. In fact, we will present a strategic plan and will provide infrastructure in the health fieldThe infrastructure needed to create a digital system will be provided in order to increase productivity in various aspects of the health system; also, the interactions between different parts of this infrastructure will be discussed. The advantages of this project will be reviewed from the perspective of various elements involved in the health system; these include patients, doctors, health system managers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical distribution companies, insurance office and other organizations, such as the environmental organizations, tax office, etc. and benefits of each one will be reviewed. Keywords: Medication management, Digital system, Digital prescription, Prescribing, Infrastructure, Productivity

Introduction: Studies have indicated a global high prevalence of hospital malnutrition on admission and during hospitalization. Clinical Nutritional Risk Screen (CNRS) is a way to identify malnutrition and manage nutritional interventions. Several traditional and non-computer based tools have been suggested for screening nutritional risk levels. The present study was an attempt to employ a computer based fuzzy model decision support system as a nutrition-screening tool for inpatients.Method: This is an applied modeling study. The system architecture was designed based on the fuzzy logic model including input data, inference engine, and output. A clinical nutritionist entered nineteen input variables using a windows-based graphical user interface. The inference engine was involved with knowledge obtained from literature and the construction of ‘IF-THEN’ rules. The output of the system was stratification of patients into four risk levels from ‘No’ to ‘High’ where a number was also allocated to them as a nutritional risk grade. All patients (121 people) admitted during implementing the system participated in testing the model. The classification tests were used to measure the CNRS fuzzy model performance. IBM SPSS version 21 was utilized as a tool for data analysis with α = 0.05 as a significance level. Results: Results showed that sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and precision of the fuzzy model performance were 91.67% (±4.92), 76% (±7.6), 88.43% (±5.7), and 93.62% (±4.32), respectively. Instant performance on admission and very low probability of mistake in predicting malnutrition risk level may justify using the model in hospitals. Conclusion: To conclude, the fuzzy model-screening tool is based on multiple nutritional risk factors, having the capability of classifying inpatients into several nutritional risk levels and identifying the level of required nutritional intervention. Keywords: Clinical decision support system; Fuzzy sets; Intelligent system; Expert system; Nutritional risk assessment

Introduction: Knowledge is a critical resource for organizations working in dynamically competitive environments. In any organization, leaders who have the power to incite and influence knowledge management processes. Nevertheless, there is lack of empirical evidence from previous studies on examining this relationship. In view of this, the current study examined the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership with knowledge management in university.Method: The research method was descriptive-correlative. The statistical population consisted of 484 university employees, from whom 214 were selected randomly using Morgan table. Data were collected through Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and Knowledge Management Questionnaire. To examine the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach alpha coefficient was used, and to determine the validity, content validity method was applied. All descriptive statistics, correlation and regression were performed in SPSS 19.Results: The results showed that the correlations between transformational leadership (R=0.55) and transactional leadership (R=0.44) with knowledge management were significant (P<0.001). Other results showed that the correlations between transformational leadership and knowledge management components - creating knowledge (R=0.59), sharing knowledge (R=0.24), storing knowledge (R=0.56), applying knowledge (R=0.41) - were significant (p<0.001). Results showed that the correlations between transactional leadership and knowledge management components - creating knowledge (R=0.45), sharing knowledge (R=0.27), storing knowledge (R=0.33), applying knowledge (R=0.41) - were significant (p<0.001). Also, it was revealed that there was no significance relationship between Laissez-faire style and dimensions of knowledge management. Finally, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that among transformational leadership components, inspirational motivation (β= 0.460) and idealized influence (β=0.194) could predict knowledge management processes. Conclusion: Managing knowledge requires a conscious effort on the part of leaders at all levels of the organization to manage four key knowledge processes: creating, sharing, storing, and applying knowledge. Transformational leadership theory and transactional leadership theory provide a foundation for understanding how leaders impact on knowledge management processes. Keywords: Transformational leadership, Transactional leadership, knowledge management processes

Introduction: Nowadays human capital is the main asset in organizations. Thus, the employees’ intellectual involvement is a key factor in the success of organizations. Hence organizations should seek for factors that affect and boost the employees’ intellectual involvement. Therefore, the present research aimed at discovering the relationship between organizational commitment and social capital with intellectual involvement among employees of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.Method: The study population consisted of staff employees at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. A sample of 224 employees was selected using cluster sampling. Data were collected using three questionnaires including social capital, organizational commitment, and intellectual involvement. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: It was found that the level of social capital, organizational commitment, and intellectual involvement was at an average level. There was a significant relationship between intellectual involvement and degree (p<0.01) and marital status (p<0.05). Other demographic variables had no significant relationship with research variables. Moreover, all research variables and their dimensions had a significant relationship with each other (p<0.01).Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that with improvement in each of the research variables, other variables will improve. For example, as a result of improvement in social capital or organization commitment, intellectual involvement will increase and the organization could use its competitive advantage. Keywords: social capital, intellectual involvement, organizational commitment, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Required skills for educational managers can be categorized in technical, human, and cognitive fields. Skills are defined as developing abilities of human which are reflected in his/her responsibilities, survival, and actions. Therefore, skill would be considered as personal experience and effective knowledge application ability. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between educational managerial skills of the educational managers and their performance at undergraduate educational organizations in Shiraz.Method: According to the purpose and nature of the research, descriptive –correlation method was used. The subjects of this study consist of educational managers of public schools working in the city of Shiraz. The target population was all of the educational managers of undergraduate educational centers; the study population consisted of 130 educational managers of undergraduate educational centers selected based on Cochran Formula. Data collection tools in the present study included two standard questionnaires for management skills and effective performance. After the data were gathered, they were analyzed through SPSS software, version 14. Quantitative data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regressions tests. Results: Findings of this study indicated that there was a significant relationship between the total score and performance skills of the educational managers (p<0.001, R=0.38); based on the results, none of the three dimensions of technical, human, and conceptual skills of executives was able to predict effective performance. Conclusion: As management skills education has shown its considerable and positive effects in all systems, effectiveness in management and educational leadership will be achieved by absorbing, instructing and employing skillful individuals to play the mentioned role. Keywords: Management, Skills, Performance, Undergraduate
